Overall Assessment: During the accessibility audits, specialists identified several issues that made parts of the portal inaccessible. Following the implementation of the recommended improvements, the portal now demonstrates a significantly improved level of accessibility and partially complies with the requirements of WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Known Limitations: Despite our ongoing efforts to ensure full accessibility, certain platform-level and technical constraints may currently limit the extent to which some content or functionality can be made fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. These limitations are largely outside our direct control and stem from the underlying platform the portal depends on.

Continuous Improvement: As part of our ongoing commitment to digital accessibility, a round of usability testing with people with disabilities is scheduled to take place in the near future. The findings from these sessions will be used to further enhance the portal's user experience and identify additional opportunities for improvement beyond compliance with the WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements.
